Placing an order

How far in advance should I place my order?

All orders must be placed a minimum of 2 weeks in advance (3 weeks for larger orders)

What is the pricing? 

All orders are custom so the prices are custom as well. The cost is largely dependent on design, flavor, size and quantity. Cakes start at $150 and cupcakes start at $45. 

Where are you located? 

I am based in New York. I work out of Long Island and Brooklyn.

Do your products contain nuts?

Nzee's Creations is a nut-free bakery. Due to the fact that I'm allergic to nuts myself you can order all of your desserts with confidence.

Does my order require a deposit?

Yes, all orders require a 50% non- refundable deposit in order for the booking to be complete. Final payment is due prior to delivery or pick up as orders will not handed off unless the full total balance is paid in full.

Do you accept credit or debit cards? 

Yes

How can I submit my payment?

Payment is accepted via Direct Invoice Link, PayPal, Venmo, Square Cash, Chase QuickPay or Zelle.

Do you deliver?

Yes, Nzee's Sweet Creations is a delivery only business.

Does my cake need to be refrigerated? 

Yes. To ensure freshness, keep your cake refrigerated. Especially if it is a fondant cake, keep it refrigerated and out of direct sunlight.

Your cake is best when served at room temperature. Take it out of the refrigerator at least a hour before serving, more for larger cakes. Enjoy!

Do you give discounts?

Yes. All customers who provide feedback on their experience with Nzee's Creations receive 10% off their next order. In order to qualify you must use this form.
